Juan de Dios Ferrada joined Larrain y Asociados in 2013 and has been a partner since 2022. His main practice areas are corporate and commercial law, M&A, project development and financing, particularly in areas of regulated services and natural resources. In 2017, he obtained his Masters of Laws at New York University as a Fulbright Scholar. Previously, he worked as a foreign associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Winston &Strawn LLP, both in New York City.

‍Since 2018, Mr Ferrada has also served as a Professor of Corporate law at Universidad Católicade Chile´s Law School. He has published papers on economic law and infrastructure. He was admitted to the Chilean Bar in 2014.
