Supporting the Development of Future Legal and Compliance Professionals
We are pleased to share that TradeKins has been engaged by the Yong Pung How School of Law at Singapore Management University (SMU) to design and deliver a new postgraduate module titled “Conducting and Managing Internal Corporate Investigations.”

Developed as part of SMU’s LLM programme, the module reflects the growing importance of internal investigations as a critical component of robust governance, and regulatory compliance, particularly amid increasing enforcement efforts across jurisdictions.
The course is designed to integrate best practices and regulatory expectations with practical investigative approaches. Key areas of focus include:
Designing structured and defensible investigation frameworks
Conducting effective witness interviews and managing complex stakeholder environments
Addressing issues relating to fraud, corruption, and whistleblower allegations
Translating investigative findings into clear, credible reports and supporting regulatory engagement.
As enforcement trends continue to evolve, organisations are expected not only to respond to potential misconduct, but to do so in a manner that is rigorous, timely, and well-documented.
TradeKins is honoured to contribute to the development of future legal and compliance professionals and to strengthen investigative capabilities across the region.
